Fair/Festival Registration

Early bird registration is $80 per person before November 20. Registration is $120 starting November 21. If your annual meeting is after November 20, please contact the MAFE office.
Tradeshow Registration
The MAFE convention brings about 1,300 people from all across the state to Grand Rapids. Fairs and festivals come to learn and network over the three days of convention.
Our tradeshow is at the heart of our convention with members offering goods and serves for fairs and festivals.
Tradeshow booth registration will open in early September. Booths are $525 and includes a booth, one registered attendee and an associate membership. Each booth comes with a skirted table, two chairs, pipe/drape, a booth ID sign and electrical. Additional registrations can be purchased at a discount in advance or onsite.
