Tradeshow Information

The MAFE convention brings about 1,300 people from all across the state to Grand Rapids. Fairs and festivals come to learn and network over the three days of convention.

Our tradeshow is at the heart of our convention with members offering goods and serves for fairs and festivals.

Tradeshow booth registration will open in September. Booths are $525, which includes a booth, one registered attendee and an associate membership. Each booth comes with a skirted table, two chairs, pipe/drape, a booth ID sign and electrical. Additional registrations can be purchased at a discount in advance or onsite.

This year our tradeshow will be in the Center Concourse, West Concourse, Crown Foyer, and NEW for this year in the Ambassador Ballroom.
